UPCOMING ~ Warm Vinyasa Flow - 6 Week Summer Session ~
These classes will strengthen, stretch and relax your entire body. The room will be comfortably warmed, allowing your body to safely loosen up those tighter areas, while focusing on strength building and increasing flexibility. In this class, you will warm and stretch muscles while lengthening the ligaments and tendons allowing for a greater range of motion. This practice will strengthen and tone the entire body, release stress , build endurance, increase balance and concentration as well as offer a cardiovascular workout.
NEW!! ~ Warm Vinyasa Flow for Beginners - 6 Week Series ~ THIS CLASS IS FULL!!
This is a new series of classes that will strengthen, stretch and relax your entire body. The room will be comfortably warmed, allowing your body to safely loosen up those tighter areas, while focusing on strength building and increasing flexibility. Your teacher will break down the poses and flow inherent in vinyasa yoga. Emphasis will be made on foundational postures and breathing techniques. Here, you will begin to expand your knowledge in the areas of alignment and gain valuable insight into the principals of yoga philosophy. This series is a great confidence builder for beginners, as well as an opportunity for those who have been doing yoga for years to re-connect with their practice.
~Prenatal Yoga - 4 Week Session
These friendly, non-competitive classes will include relaxing breathing techniques, safe and gentle movement and stretches, gentle foot massages and handouts that cover common pregnancy related issues ie) heartburn, Kegels, swelling, etc. Guided gentle movement and postures gently massage your baby; creating an inner memory of calmness and relaxation that they will carry within them indefinitely.
**This will be the final Prenatal Yoga session for the summer season. Please watch for upcoming fall sessions; beginning Sept.

SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION - 108 Sun Salutations!
Please join us in welcoming the summer as we flow through 108 Sun Salutations! The Yoga Loft Teachers will take turns guiding you through different variations of Sun Salutations.
Date & Time: FRIDAY JUNE 21st @ 6:30 - 8:30pm
A traditional summer solstice practice is 108 sun salutations. If you've ever done them, you know that it is serious meditation in motion. After awhile, the body moves without the patterning of the mind and synchronizes with the breath. All levels are welcome, you do not need to complete all 108 to attend. Your presence is all that is necessary. It will take approximately 2 hrs to complete 108 Sun Salutations. This class will be non-heated.
BREATHE IN - BLISS OUT
Learn simple and effective self-massage and breathing techniques to help with mental and muscular tension. From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head and everywhere in between, you will explore your body with the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls and excavate tension from your joints and tissues. A full body 'rolling' session and guided breathing meditation will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation. You will leave feeling renewed and refreshed in body, mind and spirit.

Delve into deep Relaxation, Heal, Rest and Create positive personal change with Yoga Nidra. Gain insight into this ancient practice for imbalances such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, insomnia etc. Release tensions and impressions stored in layers (the Koshas) of the mind and body from negative core/self beliefs. Yoga Nidra is a meditative form of very deep relaxation that has a profound effect on the body, mind and emotions. All you need to do is lay comfortably on your mat and listen. Whatever you experience, whether you are awake or asleep, your deepest layers will go through the journey and as a result, you will benefit in so many ways.
Your Yoga Nidra teacher is certified by Jennifer Reis, RYT and senior Kripalu yoga teacher.

We are not currently offering meditation classes at the studio; however, Todd Allen of Balance Healing is still offering them. Here is his information:
