Practicing yoga in a heated room helps the body to maintain a consistent level of warmth within the muscles, tendons and joints, so that the student can experience a safer, deeper stretch. It also promotes a deep sweat, which is a highly effective way of detoxifying the body. It increases range of motion, develops muscle tone, supports the immune system and boosts metabolism. The benefits of hot yoga are limitless!!
