Under the light of the Sturgeon Moon, we gather for an evening of deep rest, release, and sensory immersion in nature.

This experience begins in the yurt with a restorative yoga practice designed to gently unwind the body and settle the nervous system after the day. Postures are fully supported with props, allowing for ease, comfort, and softness in every shape.

From here, we move into a guided Reiki experience with subtle aromatherapy points, supporting energetic balance and further deepening the sense of relaxation and inner ease. This portion offers quiet integration, allowing the body to soften beyond effort.

As the evening unfolds, we transition to the water for a floating sound bath experience on air mattresses in the creek. Held by the water and fully supported, participants are invited into deep rest as sound moves across the surface and through the body. This…
