RYT 200 TEACHER TRAINING

Our RYT 200 Teacher Training has been created for positive growth and transformation in mind and body. Upon completion, you will have newly gained knowledge and understanding of the history, philosophy, anatomy, language, subtle energy bodies (ie. chakras), as well as the ethical and business aspects of yoga. Through this experience you will be inspired to reconnect to your own innate creativity, passion and self expression from a place of authenticity. This program is delivered in 10 weekend modules, with time in between modules to provide ample time to advance your knowledge and personal practice at a healthy, balanced and steady pace. Each weekend of training, will allow you to break away from your regular routine, set aside your ego and old weight-bearing habits, that no longer serve you. Growth will inevitably occur benefiting the relationship you have with yourself, and others. 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Satya School of Yoga | Yoga Loft Begins September 2026 Weekend Modules Over 9 Months For 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teachers Continue your studies. Deepen your practice. Refine your teaching. The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Satya School of Yoga is designed for yoga teachers who are ready to continue learning beyond the foundation of a 200-hour training. This advanced pathway offers a deeper exploration of yoga philosophy, subtle body practices, nervous system-informed teaching, restorative practices, yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, Ayurveda, anatomy, trauma-informed yoga, perinatal yoga, teaching integration, and personal practice. Over 9 months, you will move through specialized weekend modules, required practices, reflection, mentorship, teaching integration, and a final retreat weekend designed to support both personal growth and professional development as a yoga teacher. Who This Training Is For This training is for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and feel called to continue their study. You may be ready for this training if you are: Looking to deepen your personal yoga practice Ready to refine your teaching voice and confidence Interested in advanced yoga philosophy and subtle body teachings Drawn to restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, and pranayama Interested in trauma-informed and nervous system-aware teaching Wanting to better support a wider range of students Seeking a more integrated and grounded approach to teaching yoga Ready for a meaningful year of study, practice, reflection, and community The Intention of the 300-Hour Training The intention of this training is to help you grow as both a practitioner and a teacher. Advanced training is not only about learning more techniques. It is about learning how to teach with more clarity, compassion, responsibility, confidence, and depth. Throughout this training, you will be invited to return again and again to your own practice, your lived experience, your relationship to yoga, and the way you hold space for others. This training is designed to help you become a more grounded, skillful, thoughtful, and responsive yoga teacher. Training Format The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training runs over approximately 9 months. Training begins in September 2026 and completes in late May or early June 2027 with a shared final retreat and integration weekend. The training is offered through weekend modules, along with required practices, readings, reflections, assignments, teaching integration, and final practicum requirements. We do not train on long weekends. The final retreat dates will be confirmed once the retreat center is secured. Final Retreat Weekend The training will close with a shared final retreat and integration weekend in late May or early June 2027. This weekend is an important part of the training experience. It will include practice, integration, reflection, community connection, final practicum elements, and closing ceremony. The retreat weekend is not included in the tuition pricing. The retreat weekend is valued at over $600. To help keep the training accessible, 300-hour trainees will pay only $300 for the retreat weekend, due by February 1, 2027. Retreat dates and full details will be confirmed once the retreat center is secured. Required Practices As part of the 300-hour training, trainees are required to complete 30 yoga practices. These practices are an important part of the training and are designed to support personal practice, integration, observation, and continued growth as a teacher. Practice hours may include approved in-studio classes, virtual classes, recorded practices, personal practice, or specific assigned practices connected to training modules. Trainees will be required to keep a practice log and may be asked to complete brief reflections connected to selected practices. Required Readings The required reading list is intentionally kept manageable. Required books for the 300-hour training include: The Heart of Yoga: Developing a Personal Practice by T.K.V. Investment There are three payment options available for the 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Option 1: Early Bird Payment $4700 + HST A deposit of $1000 + HST is due at enrollment to hold your space. The remaining balance of $3700 + HST is due by September 15, 2026. Option 2: Standard Payment Plan $4900 + HST A deposit of $1000 + HST is due at enrollment to hold your space. The remaining balance is paid through 4 equal payments of $975 + HST, due: October 15, 2026 November 15, 2026 Feb 15, 2027 Apr 15, 2027 Option 3: Extended Payment Plan $5200 + HST A deposit of $1600 + HST is due at enrollment to hold your space. Completion of a 200-hour yoga teacher training is required. YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Our 35-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for certified yoga teachers seeking to deepen their practice and teaching skills. Held in person at our studio, this comprehensive program spans two weekend modules, providing an immersive and intensive learning experience. Upon successful completion, registered teachers will receive 35 hours of Continuing Education Credits (CEC) with the Yoga Alliance. Reiki Level I
Training

Reiki Level I is a foundational training for those feeling called to energy healing and self-care. This certification includes your First Degree attunement, an introduction to the history and principles of Reiki, and hands-on learning of traditional hand positions for giving Reiki to yourself and others. You’ll also receive an introduction to the chakra system and learn how to work with chakras to support balance and healing. This training includes a Reiki Level I certificate, comprehensive manual and workbook, and guided practice in a supportive, small group setting. Join Joey Henderson, of the Yoga Loft in Lindsay, Ontario for this 32 hr PYTT. Immerse yourself in an intensive weekend of learning about the physiological and emotional changes during pregnancy, the foundations of prenatal yoga, relaxation techniques, and safe asana sequencing and instruction. Upon completion of this course, you will leave with the confidence to teach pregnant students in your general yoga classes and/or in prenatal specific classes. Join Joey Henderson, of the Yoga Loft in Lindsay, Ontario for this 20 hr Kids Yoga Teacher Training designed for early childhood educators, elementary school teachers, and certified yoga instructors who are passionate about introducing the benefits of yoga to children. This comprehensive program equips participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to teach yoga to kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens. what you will learn The training covers the fundamentals of teaching yoga to children, with a focus on developmentally appropriate practices for various age groups. Participants will learn how to adapt traditional yoga poses and sequences for kids, creating a safe and inclusive environment. Our immersive 40-hour Yoga Nidra Training designed for registered yoga teachers, offering 40 Continuing Education Credits (CECs). This comprehensive program will deepen your understanding and practice of Yoga Nidra, a powerful and ancient meditation technique. The training will be conducted in person, with 3 hours of instruction delivered via Zoom for added flexibility, 2 hours of reading and 4 hours of home study. RESTORATIVE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Join Joey Henderson for this 30 hr in-studio Restorative Yoga Teacher Training! This training will prepare you to offer full restorative yoga classes, incorporate restorative poses in traditional classes, and develop a deeper personal practice. Through both theory and experience, you will gain insight as to why restorative is beneficial for the physical body and nervous system, how to effectively use props, 40+ restorative yoga poses and variations, restorative yoga for pregnancy, and more. Teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance will receive 25 CEC’s (continuing education credits) hours and 5 non-contact hours, upon completion
