A Floating Sound Bath & Restorative Experience

Step Away from the noise of daily life and into a deeply immersive journey of water, vibrations, stillness and restoration.

This intimate morning retreat begins creekside, where you will be gently guided into the water and supported in floating with noodles, allowing the body to fully surrender and soften. As you float effortlessly beneath the open sky, Tibetan singing bowls will be placed directly on the body and softly played, allowing the vibrations to travel deeply through the tissues and nervous system.

With ears partially submerged beneath the water, sound becomes softened and distant, while vibration becomes amplified, creating a unique meditative experience that feels grounding, womb like, and deeply calming.
