About the event
The Sacred In-Between is a three-hour evening experience created for that quiet threshold between summer and autumn, a time to slow down, soften, and begin turning inward.
We’ll begin outdoors with a floating sound bath on the creek, resting on air mattresses as sound moves across the water beneath the evening sky. From there, we’ll transition into the warmth of the yurt for gentle somatic movement, nourishing Yin Yoga, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and deep rest.
This experience is a journey from floating in sound and spaciousness into grounding, stillness, and ease.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, dress in comfortable layers, and allow yourself to be supported.
