Service Description
As the days grow shorter and the winter season approaches, give yourself (or a loved one) the gift of deep rest and renewal. This two-hour restorative yoga session is enhanced by the healing touch of Reiki from Joey and Carrie and the soothing live music of Dana and Chantal. Through gentle, supported postures, this practice invites the body to unwind and the mind to settle. Reiki energy work deepens relaxation, restoring balance and vitality from within, while live music weaves a soulful atmosphere that calms the nervous system and uplifts the spirit. A beautiful way to replenish your energy, release tension, and realign before the busy holiday season, leaving you grounded, peaceful, and ready to embrace the stillness of winter.

Cancellation Policy
Special events include workshops, retreats, ceremonies, sound baths, series, and seasonal offerings. All special event bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellations & Transfers If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person with advance notice. Please emails us at least 24 hours prior to the event to request a name change. Event Credits In certain circumstances, a studio credit may be offered at our discretion. Credits must be used within a specific time frame and are not redeemable for cash. No-Shows No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Late Arrivals Doors may close once an event has begun to preserve the container and experience. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not receive a refund or credit. Event Changes In the unlikely event the studio must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event. Weather Policy Events run rain or shine. If severe weather makes travel unsafe, we will communicate any necessary changes directly. By booking a special event, you agree to this policy.
