Service Description
A mat-based Pilates class focused on building strength from the center. This practice targets the core while also engaging the arms, legs, and glutes for balanced, full-body support. Expect controlled intentional movements, with options offered throughout. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to Pilates, or returning after time away. Move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and build strength in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Cancellation Policy
YOGA CLASS BOOKING POLICY To support a smooth and respectful experience for all students, please review the following guidelines for regularly scheduled yoga classes. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a reliable, respectful space for practice. BOOKING + Classes can be booked online in advance through our online booking system. + Drop-ins, class passes, and memberships are non-refundable. CANCELLATIONS + Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee. + Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. + No shows will not be refunded. WAIT-LISTS + If a class is full, you may join the wait-list. + You will be automatically added to the class if a spot opens prior to the cancellation window. LATE ARRIVAL + Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early. + Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun to preserve the experience. REFUNDS + Yoga classes, passes, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. CLASS CHANGES + Class schedules and instructors are subject to change. + If a class is cancelled by the studio, your class credit will be returned and no fee will apply. WEATHER + Classes run year round. Any weather related changes will be communicated directly via your contact information we have on file.
